I have a recipe for bbqs pork ribs, and it’s a delicious one.
They’re light and crispy on the outside and soft and moist inside.
The texture is delicious, and they come together in minutes.
This is my favorite bbqt pork ribs recipe.
They also make a great side dish.
For the pork ribs: 1/2 lb pork ribs cut into 1-inch cubes 1 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp paprika 1/3 tsp onion salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking Directions: Slice the pork ribbons into thin strips, and season with salt and black pepper.
Place the pork cubes in a small saucepan with enough water to cover by 1 inch.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork, onions, and garlic, and cook until the onions soften and the garlic begins to turn golden, about 5 minutes.
Add cayanne pepper and paprika and cook, stirring often, until the paprika has melted, about 3 minutes.
Remove the pork from the skillet and transfer to a plate.
Add salt and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes or until the pork is tender.
Add chicken and stir until cooked through, about 1 minute.
Add chopped cilantro and season to taste with salt.
Top the bb q ribs with the remaining ingredients and serve.
Recipe Notes: If you’d like to make this recipe gluten-free, use GF Pork Ribs in the Crock Pot or omit the salt and oil and cook for 3 minutes more or until meat is cooked through.
