What to make: Pork sausage.
Ingredients 1 pound pork sausage 2 cups water 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/1 cup whole milk 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon fresh dill 1/6 cup water Directions In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the water.
Add the water to the pork sausage and mix.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
Coat the bottom of the baking sheet, and then spread the meatballs evenly across the baking sheets.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the meatball is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Remove the pork meatballs from the foil and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the apple cider and vinegar.
Add all the milk, honey, dill, vinegar, and water to a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove pork meatball mixture from the saucepan and transfer to a cutting board.
Using a wooden spoon, stir the meat balls in a bowl to combine.
Add a little bit of the apple vinegar mixture to each meatball.
Spoon into individual serving bowls and serve. Enjoy!
