How to grill pork ribs for Chinese bbqs

Bbq ribs are a staple of Chinese cooking and have been a favourite of generations of Chinese immigrants in the UK.

Now, in 2017, they can be served with a twist: they’re smoked in a specialised smokehouse, making them a good option for those who want to be able to enjoy the flavour and texture of the smoked meat.

For the first time, the Ribs of China restaurant is open for business in Glasgow, with the intention of opening a full-service restaurant to cater for the demand for its pork ribs.

This will be the second time in the past year that Ribs has opened its doors to the public, after its predecessor, Ribs in Walthamstow opened in March.

“We wanted to do something different with our ribs, and we thought the Rib of China was the perfect place to do it,” said Jamie Smith, the restaurant’s co-owner and founder.

I think this is the first bbque restaurant that you can come to and have a real barbecue in Glasgow.

It’s not just pork ribs but you can have any meat you like, it’s a real restaurant.

It is an iconic institution, so we wanted to take advantage of it, and make it something people can come back to again and again.

“In this article we’ll be showing you the process of cooking the ribs and sharing the unique flavours and textures of these delicious meat dishes.

Ribs will be open from 9am-4pm on Mondays and Fridays, and Saturdays from 9.30am-5.30pm.
