The new “B”-style logo will be featured on all home and away merchandise.
“We’re always trying to make our brand more distinctive, so we’re looking at all the ways we can take it to the next level,” Broncos chief executive Andrew Demetriou said on Thursday.
“That will include the broiling of some of the meat.”
It will mark the first-ever time a Brisbane Broncos logo has been used on a football jersey.
The Broncos are in a unique position in the NRL and have not played a regular home game since 2006.
“This is a significant milestone for us, because it’s our first time with the Broiled Pork Chop, which will be a significant landmark for us and for the Brisbane community,” Demetrioou said.
The logo will feature a large “B”.
Broncos have worn a Broiled pork Chop logo in every home match since 2007.

“It’s a fantastic logo for our brand,” Broncos captain Aaron Woods said.
“Birds and dogs, and the bacon, will definitely be our key draw, and we’ll certainly bring that up to Brisbane to celebrate the new season.”
For the first week, we’ll be taking that broiling to the field.

Brisbane is one of the most expensive cities in the world, with the average cost of a house averaging $1.6 million a home.
The club is set for its first season in Brisbane since 2008, and Demetrou is confident they will succeed.”
There’s a strong and supportive fan base, and there’s a good desire for us to be in Brisbane,” he said.
Demetriovos home is set on the Goldfields near the foot of Mount Isa.
He said the club had not yet secured the final location of a new venue, but would be “trying to get to the ground”.”
We’ll do whatever we can to get there, but it’s not easy,” he added.
