Why you should avoid airfrying pork ribs

PORK RIBLETS (Riblets, pork, ribs, steaks) 1 pound of ground pork, diced 2 pounds of ground beef, diced 1/2 pound of pork loin, shredded 1 pound pork ribs 1/4 pound pork loaf (or a combination of pork ribs and pork loaves), sliced 1 pound bacon, sliced 1 cup sliced onions 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms 1 cup chopped fresh rosemary 1/8 cup chopped parsley 1/16 cup chopped cilantro 1/32 cup chopped red pepper flakes 1/64 cup sliced green onions 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons butter (optional) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/6 teaspoon salt (optional; optional) DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice pork loins and cut into thin strips.

Place pork ribs on a cutting board or griddle and roast until brown and cooked through, about 30 minutes.

Transfer pork ribs to a serving platter.

To make the sauce, heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add onions and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.

Stir in parsley, mushrooms, rosemary, and parsley.

Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

Remove pork ribs from heat.

Pour sauce over the pork ribs.

Spread out over a plate.

Top with bacon and mushrooms.
